
Yury Borshev – Baritone
Born in Slavyansk in the Ukraine, Yury graduated from the Minsk Musical College in 2001, entered the vocal department of St Petersburg Conservatory and joined the Young Singers’ Academy of the Mariinsky Theatre. His debut on the stage of the Mariinsky Theatre took place in 2002 as Magician Tceilo in Prokofiev’s ‘The Love of Three Oranges’, followed by the production of Gianni Schicchi in 2003.
Tatiana Mazur – Soprano
Born in St Petersburg, Tatiana graduated from the city’s musical college in 1997 and won the Grand Prix of Ekaterinburg young vocalists’ competition. She entered the Mariinsky Academy in 2001 and performed at the Theatre in Dido and Aeneas, The Rhine Gold, and Wagner’s Gotterdammerung. She became a leader at the Placido Domingo international competition in Paris in 2002.
