The Ede and Ravenscroft Legal Prize
Ever since its story began over 300 years ago in 1689, Ede and Ravenscroft has looked to the future. It’s this same progressive approach that inspired the firm to support the next generation of high achievers through student awards and scholarships. One of these is the Ede and Ravenscroft Legal Prize.
Launched in 1976, it’s awarded annually to an outstanding student from each of the four Inns of Court: Gray’s Inn, Inner Temple, Lincoln’s Inn and Middle Temple. The coveted prize is a bar wig, circuit case and bar gown, invaluable possessions for any barrister. Many past prizewinners have gone on to become eminent members of the Bar.
