Ede and Ravenscroft is the quintessential English tailors with a history that stretches back over 300 years. Our reputation for producing the finest British tailoring for the most exclusive clientele is as relevant today as it was then.
Our story starts in 1689, when we were commissioned to create the robes for the coronation of William and Mary. Since then, we have produced royal garments for 12 British coronations, numerous state openings of parliament and countless royal, civic, legal and academic ceremonies. Today, we have been awarded all three royal warrants - a claim that only seven other companies can make.
Although our company is steeped in history, we have always kept up with the times. This approach is expressed in our range of contemporary menswear that, using the finest natural fabrics, combine classic English tailoring with a stylish, modern twist.
